My microphone is not working. How can I fix it?
Click the gear icon and choose the necessary microphone from the list. Restart your computer and don’t remove your microphone and camera. If this does not work, please contact our support service.
I can't upload a presentation.
Convert your presentation to pdf format. If it’s in ppt format and contains animation, upload it in a "read-only” format.
How to assign a moderator?
If you want to assign a moderator, then go to “Create a webinar” or “Edit a webinar” page, select "Assign a moderator” and enter moderator’s e-mail. That person will get an invitation letter and after he/she sign in to our platform, he/she can act in a webinar room as a moderator. You can also click on the "Attendee list" button, select the user and click "Invite to the stream" button. In both cases, moderator must be registered on Pruffme service.
How to record a webinar?
Webinar recording starts automatically when you start video or audio broadcasting and appears approximately in 3 hours after the end of your webinar. Webinar recording is available only for paid members.
Recommendations for webinar attendees
- Make sure you have the latest version of the one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari or Opera. Check for the updates for your installed Adobe Flash Player also. (Flash Player is integrated with Google Chrome)
- In case if you use a corporate network, you have to ask your system administrator to open the following ports: 1935. 80,443, 8080 and make sure UDP is permitted.
- Antivirus may be blocking HTTPS connection, 443 and 8080 ports, so make sure they do not. Check your Internet connection:
- The minimum speed required to attend a webinar is 1 Mb.
- To avoid delays in streaming the speed of your Internet connection should be not less than 2 Mb.

- Click the button “Enter a webiar”, fill in the information required and accept The terms and conditions of the user agreement.

How to avoid echo in a webinar?
Make sure you don't have another webinar room window opened. If two and more speakers broadcast simultaneously, they should use headphones to avoid echo effect.
